Not enough Gluten Free food. Way too much East Indian food, but it was good but not Every single day! One day of Mexican good and it was bad! A joke. The chocolate mouse jiggled, conscestency of jello and literally No taste. Not chocolate, tho dark, just bla. Carne asada or carne A Sad Duh! was 3 thin slices beef with a blob of spinach on top. Mexican night dinner in dining room had tacos, a ...

We were "snow. birds" returning to Seattle from S. California and chose cruising as an alternative to driving from Palm Springs to Seattle. The costs were comparable to driving and sightseeing for six days. But the plane is less expensive. We had a perfect port call on Catalina Island and rented a golf cart there for touring. We had two port days in San Francisco and toured Alcatraz - a ...

I would never have thought I would be writing a review on a site like this, but I can't let this go by. I took my wife and our 2 teenagers on a Spring Break, Easter cruise on the Radiance of the Sea. I have been a huge fan of Royal Caribbean and have booked away from other cruise lines. I have always told family and friends just how much I have enjoyed Royal Caribbean on past cruises. Never again! ...

Imagine that you're returning from a lovely excursion in Cozumel and upon reentry to your cruise ship, your sea pass causes the crew-member to utter the scary phrase "You need to report to Guest Services immediately."This happened to me aboard Radiance of the Seas on Saturday, April 23rd. While relieved to hear that I wasn't flagged because of a death in the family, I was forced to process ...

Our group of 4 drove to Tampa from New Orleans. Looking back we should have flown but we still enjoyed the drive over. Finding the terminal was a bit challenging. For some strange reason Terminal 2 has quite a large sign. So here we are looking for a similar sign for Terminal 3- none exists (at least that we could find). After a second wrap, I spotted a smaller green sign pointing out Terminal 3. ...

After a flight to TPA I had an excellent, quick RCI transfer to Radiance - the lead ship of the excellent Radiance class. Quick walk aboard embarkation at about 1230, found that my Diamond Plus table reservation had been honored, ate the usual, not very good, RCI embarkation lunch in a crowded Windjammer Buffet. Room available at 130 pm., small, only 179 sq.ft, with balcony. A quick and almost ...

This is our 3rd cruise this year, and thankfully our last till 2011 (Princess, Disney, Royal Caribbean International). Is there such a thing as taking too much time off? This review is going to be a bit of a nitpicker I'm afraid. I've been on too many different lines this year not to notice the differences between them. RCI, here's a biggie for us. Have you become a budget cruise line? This is ...

My partner decided to take a short 5 night Mexican cruise in conjunction with a conference I had in San Diego. All in all, the cruise exceeded our expectations. We had sailed on Carnival twice before (Elation and Legend), and Royal Caribbean's Radiance of the Seas was a step above. The embarkation was very smooth. Royal Caribbean will send you your baggage straps by mail, via their "Check-In" ...

My husband and I spent 2 nights at the Catamaran Resort and Spa in San Diego prior to our sailing. The hotel was nice. It's located in the Mission Bay area of San Diego, about 20 minutes from the pier. San Diego is a wonderful city, we absolutely loved everything about it and hope to return there someday. Embarkation: Very quick and easy. We arrived at the pier about noon and were on the ship ...
