Really nice cruise, although getting on a bit the ship was well maintained. The food was lovely the staff and service perfect. The internet was awful, the entertainment was Ok but on one occasion brilliant, The Spa is just usury a ridiculous quote of 249 dollars was offered for a deep tissue massage and 140 for my wife to have her nails done, this is just greed and I would avoid the spa on these ...

We were sold on this cruise when we saw the itinerary -- from France, Spain, Italy, Greece, Montenegro and more...ending in fabulous Venice. What's not to like? We'd been interested in taking a "luxury" cruise line and had friends who had good experience on Regent and we liked its all-inclusive feature. This turned out to be lavish convenience.

The Regent Seven Seas Explorer is beautiful ship and this was our second voyage on it. But Regent's customer service is so poor it makes your local cable company look stellar. We chose this cruise as we wanted to sample the most luxurious ship and like Regent and it went to some unusual attractive ports of call but started in Monaco and ended in Barcelona allowing for stays either end in places we love.
