Emerald Azzurra will be the first vessel sailing for the newly formed Emerald Yacht Cruises, a sister company to Emerald Waterways. It will debut in July 2021.
The super yacht will hold 100 passengers, with 88 percent of the cabins having balconies. Though not an all-suite ship, onboard suites will start at more than 300 square feet.
A highlight of the ship will be the aft marina, from which passengers can take part in a variety of water-based activities including paddle boarding and snorkeling.
Emerald Azzurra will also feature a wellness center complete with gym and spa.
Azzurra will carry three tenders and two Zodiacs for shore landings in small ports without proper port facilities.
Emerald Azzurra is being custom-designed to cruise the waters of the Adriatic Coast, Red Sea and the Mediterranean. Itineraries will visit on- and off-the-beaten-path ports in Greece, Italy, Croatia, Montenegro, France, Turkey, Cyprus, Malta, Spain, Israel, Jordan and Egypt.
Fares for Emerald Azzurra sailings will include a la carte dining at dinner; breakfast and lunch buffets stocked with locally sourced ingredients; complimentary wine, beer or soft drinks with lunch and dinner; all onboard gratuities; select shore excursions; transfers to and from the airport; port charges and all taxes.
