Excellent cruise from Rio to Lisbon. Very friendly staff. Atmosphere is upscale-casual: Few men wore sport jackets at any time. Ship was about 3/4 full, with almost all passengers being in their fifties and up. There were no children. Large mix of nationalities (US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.). We booked this cruise last May when we were on the Middle East cruise. We were really happy to see the ship was still decorated for the Christmas holidays. Beautifully decorated. We also were very impressed with the new carpets, paint colors and paintings. It made for a calm relaxing feel while walking around the ship on sea days. This was our second cruise on Azamara Quest. We had booked the cruise well over 12 months in advance through an on line agency (which had handled our first Azamara cruise) We thought our first cruise on the Quest was the best we had ever had...the size of the ship, the service from cabin attendant to captain, the great food.
