I took this cruise for The Suez Canal and the Arabia countries for their culture and religion and also a time for a good memorable vacation for me and which I’ve got from this cruise. I liked the entertainments in the theater also the lectures on destinations by Debbie. I still have more on my bucket list to go through yet. I was hoping on this cruise could’ve helped me make a quick decision ...

Excellent in many ways but badly let down by poor staff attitude throughout.

Ship was not tired as others had advised and we thought it was in good condition. Embarkation and disembarkation were excellent and UK Customs Checks happened on board 2/3 days before docking at Southampton. Restaurants were all excellent and we ate in 8 of them. Food was fantastic, however the service from the waiting staff was at best, variable. From shocking to good.Horizons was the worst ...

First Med cruise and first cruise with Princess. It exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect. Staff were so nice. Food was fantastic. The activities and shows were all very good. Such nice treatment from all the crew. We met people from all over the world. This cruise had started in Singapore, picked up some more people in Dubai and then Rome, where we got on. 10 days of spoiling from ...

I just took the 10 Days Regal Princess out of New York last November and had the best food service and selection so I gather a group of friends to do the 10 Days Euro Explorer cruise and what a disappointment! Everyday the breakfast buffet is exactly the same! Where is the smoke salmon? If is behind the station and you have to ask for it! Water down coffee and hard as a rock toast! Lunch ...

We chose this cruise for the itinerary: from Europe and the Mediterranean through the Suez Canal and the Middle East and over to Southeast Asia. The entire process of embarkation and disembarkation was very smooth and surprisingly glitch-free, it was a well-organized ship. Some pluses: Good quality and variety of food Safety drills/pirate drills were informative and reassuring ...

Nice Itinerary and Excellent Staff But...

First the good: 1. Excellent staff across the board. Everyone we dealt with was cheery and accommodating and truly nice. 2. The destinations lecturer was terrific. She was informative and interesting and helpful. 3. The itinerary was well-paced. 4. The dining rooms were well managed and tranquil. There are four of them, three of which are for "anytime dining" and that works surprisingly ...

After all these years

Review for a Europe - All Cruise on Sapphire Princess

We haven't cruised for nearly 30 years so it was interesting to see how cruising in general had changed. We chose this particular cruise and cruise line because of the ports of call and the timing. We decided that 10 nights was enough for us and by night 10 we were right. We were told onboard by other passengers that this cruise was a 'repositioning cruise' so 'don't expect too much in ...

While this is not my first time cruising, it was my first time on Princess. I have to say the service, staff and food were all exceptional. The staff was the most attentive of any cruise I have been on and seemed like there were a lot more staff on this cruise than I have encountered on other cruise lines. The entertainment was adequate, but nothing that stood out. Of course, we were not on ...
