We were told that we would not be sailing from Amsterdam due to a congested harbor, we sailed from Rotterdam. We were met at the airport by a very nice young man from Viking and put aboard a bus to Rotterdam. We were the only ones on the bus. This change was no problem. We were supposed to board at Amsterdam to Budapest and instead we ended in Rotterdam because of some tall ships celebration at Amsterdam. We were not aware of the low river water level until we arrived and boarded a sister ship instead.
