The food most of it repeat its self. After a while you get tired of seeing the same thing going around. Some food products seem like it been reused while some salads not fresh, examples crotons soggy at dinner times at the main dining. Room need better hygiene and need to be better Sanitary, comforter, towels and wash cloth store under bed in plastic not fully in bag while guests staying there for ...

We were enchanted!

INTRODUCTION We were a mother (60s)/daughter (30s) traveling together. We’d originally booked this cruise when it was going to be on Brilliance of the Seas. We LOVE Radiance Class. However, after Royal did some shuffling of their fleet, we ended up on Enchantment of the Seas. After reading some recent reviews and watching recent passenger ship tours on YouTube, we prepared ourselves to be ...

She is an old ship but in incredible condition with a little aging of the body but the inside I thought was very very nice. The staff was amazing, the food was very good, Chops was great. Nothing is ever crowded. We have been on all the oasis class and we realized that they are too big. We met lots of people to talk with and hang out. The bigger ships seemed much colder in that aspect. We ...

We chose this ship as we were very tight on dates and it was a good deal for what we were able to do. The ship is small and old but overall well maintained and rooms (we had a j suite) seem nice enough. The embarkation process was smooth despite I forgot I had "the key" and could have skipped some lines. The staff on board is just amazing: everyone is always silencing, helpful and they ...

Not Enchanting! Ship needs to be mothballed. A disgrace to Royal Caribbean fleet!

Disappointed RC cruiser

Enchantment of the Seas is the oldest ship in the RC fleet and needs to be sent to the scrap yard! The ship is very dated with lots of rust and broken parts (public bathrooms, cabins that creak like a coffin, poor layout of decks, etc.). We've been on several RC ships and this one is not on par with Royal Caribbean's other ships (e.g. Serenity of the Seas). We do NOT recommend anyone cruise on ...

I chose this cruise to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday! I wanted to try something new in cruising! My wife Takiyah and I had a fantastic time! Let me first say the entertainment, stateroom attendant and dining room waiters were great! However........ Don’t forget to pack your patience! We planned this trip for our four teenagers during spring break. We decided to not cancel and move forward despite the coronavirus. Which we probably should had canceled but we decided to give it a shot. Huge disappointment. First ...

By the title of the review, you might misunderstand what I was trying to say. This was the first time I went on a cruise and I went with my work team as a part of a thank you gift from our boss. The ship was pretty big, we ended up staying on the 8th floor in the middle area I believe. Great access to dining halls and buffet areas too. The first night was fantastic because we got introduced to our ...

Ship overall – it is showing it’s age. Rust on the outside, the banisters in the pool area need refinishing as they are chipped and worn. Carpets did not seem to be stained and had normal wear and tear. The ship was very clean. Dining – Unless you selected an Indian or Asian dish, the food was lacking in any kind of spice or flavor, so table salt went a long way. On one night, one of the ...

Easy, expedited boarding from Galveston at 12pm. We were guided to 9th deck for relaxation and drinks while embarkation was underway. Waiters were hustling trays of pre-made Mai Tais as soon as we sat down. The drinks were watery and only a select few drinks could be purchased without an extra sales tax until we left port. Did not purchase drink package. Thought the $900 fee (3 in our room) was ...
