My wife and I have been addicted to cruising ever since our first one. Since the first one we have been adding people to our cruise trips (currently 20 guest on last week's cruise on freedom of the seas). This was until our 4th cruise. All 4 cruises have been with Royal Caribbean, Independnce, liberty,Oasis, and Freedom. We are disapointed to say we will problybe looking at destination ...

Fun Cruise

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Freedom of the Seas

We have sailed on the Freedom of the Seas twice before this cruise and have always enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, the ports of call, and the ship's amenities. This cruise was with my sister and brother and our spouses, to celebrate my sister's bday. Although well maintained and clean, Freedom is beginning to show her age and looks a little tired. Also, as the more experienced staff move on ...

Viking Crown Views - Fun Itinerary

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Liberty of the Seas

Our second time on Liberty - the first was 2011. We said "never again @ Galveston" because of the hassle of flying to IAH, then an hour drive, and last time embark/debark was not good. Decided to try again, because it worked for our timing and we loved the itinerary. I have to say embark/debark was greatly improved! While I love Oasis class, I always miss the Viking Crown - it's one of our ...

Oasis of the Seas

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Oasis of the Seas

Started with having to get on ship late due to inspection. Once finally on the ship, we could not get into our room for 2 hours which meant we had to carry all our carry ons around with us while trying to figure out the ship. Customer service was mediocre at best and in most areas was very poor (waiters in the Windjammer rarely asked about getting us beverages and several times did not at all. ...

I was very hesitant to go on a cruise, however my loving husband convinced me that everything would be alright. We took a chance and book our first cruise on Royal Caribbean. To our surprise, our cruise surpassed our expectations for customer service. The staff was very attentive, the dining experience was top-notch oh and the stateroom attendant went above and beyond to ensure that our room ...

Time of our lives

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Allure of the Seas

Where do I start? It was our honeymoon. From the minute we go on board until the minute we left we had the time of our lives. The entertainment was out of this world!!! Too many choices each evening in terms of theatre, music and comedy. You can eat at any minute of any day and the food was scrumptious. Staff were so amazing. The stop offs were mostly brilliant. In Jamaica the people followed and ...

We are from British Columbia, Canada and flew to Miami Airport first to have a day touring Miami City and beach area. We arrived back the next day at Miami to take the Royal Caribbean shuttle to Fort Lauderdale and Allures docking place. I must say we found the Royal Caribbean desk all right and a young nicely dressed man took our names and luggage and was very accommodation and answered all our ...

Mostly good except for Lisbon excursion

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on Navigator of the Seas

If you are stopping in Lisbon on your cruise, do not select the tour by Tuk Tuk. We paid almost $100 apiece for what was supposed to be a 3 hour tour. We got barely 2 hours of touring and much of that time was spent sitting and waiting to move from one place to another. Total rip-off! Overall, this transatlantic cruise is a good deal. The stops before reaching Southampton were great even ...

Better than expected!

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Rhapsody of the Seas

Based on the reviews of this ship, I wasn’t expecting too much from this cruise. We got a good deal so decided to book it. We were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the size of the ship, cleanliness, service and food. In 21meals on board, only one was less than delicious. We did end up purchasing three upgraded meals but in the end, it was unnecessary as the main dining room food was very good. ...

Not sure Royal Caribbean is better

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Liberty of the Seas

I was traveling with my husband and two children 12 and 9, it was my kid’s first cruise. The kids did have fun in the kids club, doing activities. Make a note if your kids do not have tennis shoes with you, then they will not be able to participate in some activities, so setting out and watching is no fun for them. I had to go buy some shoes for my daughter to be able to play. But I really was Not ...
