We are a group of 11-13 who have cruised together for two years. This year we sailed Royal Carribbean's Jewel of the Seas from March 9th to March 16th. We sailed out of Puerto Rico. Overall, we had an very good experience. The crew was outstanding- knowledgeable, efficient and had good senses of humor. Booked this cruise because of the itinerary. I planned on visiting friends in both Barbados and Tobago, which I did. The only problem with the itinerary is the San Juan departure port which is cumbersome to get to. This was a great trip. The Jewel is one of the smaller ships but it was perfect for this intinerary because it was so port-heavy. I wouldn't reccomend getting the drink package on this one. We stayed concierge in a one bedroom suite. Overall I would say it wasn’t bad.
