This was our first cruise with RCC, although we have more than 30 cruises under our belt, mostly with Princess, HAL and Viking Ocean Cruises. We chose this sailing for the itinerary: Singapore to Barcelona 28 days total. Our cabin was a balcony 9th floor. First the Good: Excellent crew!! The BEST we have encountered; everyone was pleasant and polite (one exception below). Even the Customer ...

We chose this cruise because of the itinerary. Absolutely no entertainment on this ship. There where to many pinnacle members on board so between 4and 8 you could not get a seat in a bar. The elevators did not work very good. The food was acceptable at best with no imagination one person told me the beef tasted like the locket was still on it. The food in the windjammer was often mislabeled ...

Just returned from a fantastic holiday to Singapore Bali & dubai organized by Imagine Cruising the only problem was the holiday included a short 3 day cruise from Singapore to Malaysia. I wish we could have missed the cruIse out of the itinerary. The cabin was small & out dated even though it was supposed to be one of the better ones on the tenth deck. The worst part was the breakfast , the ...

Chose this cruise for its repositioning itinerary. Prior to this cruise, the ship had been on short (3-4 day) gambling junkets out of Singapore targeted at Chinese passengers. Senior staff appeared not to have adapted policies and procedures for a longer cruise (15-30 days). (Some food items ran out early; insufficient recorded movies for the duration, daily charges were more appropriate for ...

Embarkation was a bit of a debacle as having a junior suite we where supposed to get priority boarding this didn't happen. People where pushing and shoving. We paid extra for a Junior Suite which was right at the back of the ship on deck 7 the cabin itself although looking very tired was quite big and the balcony was very big with excellent views out the back of the ship. The problem was that ...

Shoddy ship, rip off prices and poor tours

This was our 16th cruise and to be honest this was the one that left us underwhelmed. We paid for a balcony so we could, at our leisure, chill and look out at the ocean...if only the balcony door window had not been completely frosted that might have been the case. The seal had gone and we might as well have been looking at a wall. It had clearly been like that for sometime and of course they ...

Probably our worst cruise ever

On a tour of the Far East we thought it was a good idea to relax for a few days on an ocean cruise out of Singapore. Right? Wrong! The ship seemed at almost full capacity and full of large groups clearly intending to try and stay together. The very loud parade on the first day set the scene for the four days on board. If we had wanted Disney we could have flown to Florida. We found it very ...

We have traveled with RCL before and enjoyed the ships very much but this cruise was pretty poor. To start with the lifeboat drill was on deck in 34 degree heat and went on for over half an hour as many passengers turned up late, we were made to stand tightly packed in a line in the heat and sun, most unpleasant and no water was available. The cabin looked tired and grubby, it ...

We love Royal Caribbean. We enjoyed our short getaway from singapore to malaysia with friends. Singapore - Klang - Langkawi - Singapore Make sure to choose the room with Balcony , worth the money! Upon checking in we go straight ahead at windjammer for lunch, the place is crowded since everyone is hungry during checkin. There's a wide selection of food for lunch. We had our dinner at ...
