Royal Caribbean Brilliance of the Seas Cruise Reviews for Romantic to the Southern Caribbean from Tampa

My family and I went on a cruise last week on RC Brilliance of the Seas from the port of Tampa. This was not our first cruise, but it was the first cruise with RC and I have to say we were all shocked at how poorly this company was run. The rooms were nice and clean so I can't complain about that, but they no longer give you any amenities in the room. No robes, no free shampoo, conditioner, etc. ...

I think this is a perfect size ship for new cruisers as the ship is large enough to not see the same people and yet they have things going on every hour. The weather was not the best. We have previously sailed on RC - Oasis, Allure, Freedom, and Liberty and experienced fantastic trips and ports of call. The ports at Grand Cayman and Cozumel were fine and off loading and reloading were well orchestrated. Shoppping and day trips were planned activities and went off without a hitch.
