We were "ship-wrecked" due to captain's error. Viking reimbursed us fairly (and pretty quickly after a ridiculous low-ball offer) and we did enjoy the time on board. Cruise was booked whilst on the ship on another cruise in April. Original destination was Venice to Istanbul, changed to Venice to Athens (3 nights in Greece!).
