First, the port of Baltimore. We had a 12:00 arrival time but the traffic inside the port was so bad we weren't able to park until a half hour or so later even though we arrived about 15 minutes early. I am a D+ on RCL, so have really enjoyed them in the past. They now have gone paperless and have an app that you must use. It often takes 2 or 3 tries to get in.
