Windstar New York (Manhattan) Cruise Reviews

We chose this cruise because it its itinerary. We liked the ports of call better than any itinerary we found in this region. However there is something missing with this line. The ship is worn out ( broke down the day before we were to embark) and it shows throughout. Atmosphere on board was dull. Employees were nice but lacked skill and polish.
