This was our 5th RCCL cruise but our first time on IOS. We stayed at the Sleep Inn before the cruise. The hotel was ok but we would not stay there again because of a mix up with our credit card. This was also our first time cruising out of Port Everglades. We like Port Canaveral better. We arrived at 11:15am and it took forever to get to the check in. That being said we still had an awesome time on this cruise. The staff was very friendly and the ship was very clean. Our dining room staff was phenomenal! Out of our 5 other cruises they were by far the best that we've had. They went above and beyond their "duty". We had cabin 7248 which was close to the elevators. We never had any problems with noise. The only issue we had with the cabin was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. We contacted Guest Relations and they sent someone to fix it but unfortunately the smell was there pretty much the entire cruise. We refused to let one little problem ruin our cruise.
