1) Disney does a fantastic job with the kids and activities on a whole. But they have a LOT of room for improvement in the bookings and 3-5 age group. First the Oceaneer Lab/Club. Overall, this cruise was enjoyable and worth the doing. The ship itself is beautiful, well maintained, and the crew exceptional (with a few exceptions). We chose this cruise because our 3 year old grand-daughter is obsessed with Disney. Our Grand-daughter enjoyed this cruise and overall I thought it was a good solid cruise experience. However, I did not feel it was a good value for the money and overall it was just ok. For what I paid for this cruise, it should have been extraordinary and it just wasn't.

Our 26 family members have been planning this cruise for over a year . My wife and I sail with Celebrity Aqua twice a year, so are used to fabulous food and over the top service, others had sailed RCCL, and one Silversea. But for most of us, this was our first Disney. Disney vacation club members as well as experienced DCL travelers. Like the eastern cruise more sea day’s. Was interested in seeing Tortola as well.
Cruise itself pretty good, reliable service they handle crowds well. Disappointed in evening entertainment. Two non-show evening entertainments were actually poor. Night club entertainment almost non-existent.

They asked the counselors to call us to pick them up after just an hour because they were bored.
