Well, where do i start with this one?? Should I start with the Travel agent who were so incompetent but also untruthful, or do i start with my terrible ordeal on the cruise?

Well let me start with the travel agent. What a load of messing about and total lies. I should have known from my experience with those jokers that maybe the cruise may just turn out to be a bit of a disaster. First of all the reps were inconsistent with the information they gave us as a family. The cruise was booked in advance of 14 months and a deposit left for a family of 8. Over the months from the initial deposits we booked the car parking at Southampton seeing as we were driving down to the port. We also decided that we would take the wine /water drinks package, which allowed us to have 4 bottles of wine and 7 bottles of water. Initially a price was agreed at the begining for both parties which consisted of 4 in each party. However after paying the last installment I realised that one package was priced £150 more than the other package when it came to the final installment, when I asked about the price descrepancy I was told it was because my room was bigger than the other party, and also because there was 3 adults in my party and 1 child. Oh really?? Then I asked about the coaches that were advertised in the brochure that said it could offer transport to it's passengers to Southampton. I was told that the coaches don't operate anymore and that stopped in 2013?? Oh really???

Well how naughty to mis-inform me in that way. Once on the cruise I checked my cabin and compared it to my cousins and it was exactly the same size, SO WHY WAS I CHARGED MORE??? It was not at all bigger. Nor had the coaches that took passengers to Southampton stopped running. Simply because there was a family on the cruise who had travelled down to Southampton from up North on a coach.
