Sail Date: Dec 2017
Cabin: Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

The cruise was chosen because it departed over Christmas. Did the same cruise last year but it was 8 days rather than 7.

We chose the port because we didn't want to be hassled with airplane travel, road traffic or buses.

The ports were extremely boring.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D2

No space in the bathroom on the extremely narrow counter for cosmetic bag, etc.

Closet is in the cabin rather than in the hallway and narrow, making it difficult to get clothing in and out, especially when the beds are in the twin configuration. In addition, because the closets are so narrow, the clothes at the end of the closet get squeezed between the wall and the door. If someone is sleeping in the bed next to the closet, cannot get the clothing out without bumping the bed and waking them up. Closets should be in the hallway for ease of access and consideration of passengers. Temperature control was inefficient and didn't cool the cabin, even after reporting it and having it "fixed".
