We chose this cruise because we wanted to get on the islands we had not been on. The 5 day was perfect for us because we can't really gone more than this. The ship was in good condition. I have seen reviews here where things were not good. The dry dock times that the ship has been in, has helped allot. The reviewers complained about the food, However, The food was good, since we are not a picky group. You can't expect 5 star luxuries on a 4 star budget. The only real issues we had was problems with excursions. That is not really Carnival's fault. The excursions are set up with contractors, so the ship really can't do too much about things that go wrong. The cabin was amazing. We had an ocean suite and they had a sitting area in a separate room into the bathroom . That was nice to have to get the girls ready. As for getting on and off the ship, we did both in less than an hour. So the port was good. It is probably because we left on a Saturday and returned on a Thursday. Overall it was great, don't let the reviewers be the only negative voice.
