Wow so much to say. Upon arriving on the cruise ship there was this smell throughout the whole ship and my family was told they had plumbing issues. Ny husband and I checked into the room upon entering the room I checked thr bathroom it was bowl movement in the toilet then I went to sit on the bed were my leg was scrap because the springs in the bed were sticking out to I got cut on my leg I called down to customer care waited for 25 mins no answer so I went down stairs to the desk. A customer care Rep came to the room with me and she notice the smell in the room the toilet the rug was so nasty that my husband had only took his shoes off for 20 min and his white socks were black at the bottom. The customer care Rep walkie talkie someone and 3 people came up . Floor manger and 2 housekeepers we lift up the bed and found someone diets underwear some shoes dirty party towels a knife and some other things that were disgusting all this happen when the Rep was standing in the room. The sofa in the room was so dirty and look like a child was in the room how sticky the sofa was so of course that had to bvb e cleaned as well. So they asked if I could go to the lido deck and wait for the room to be clean I said I had 4 more rooms on here I'll go to my sister room and wait well it took them 1 hour 20 mins to clean the room which I was ok with after that . Moving along to my other complaint we went to the burger shop and they were putting molded cheese on the sandwiches and my husband stop them and the guy stated what do you think cheese is made out of I'm like wait would you eat it? NY husband went and got a manger and they threw it all away the cheese and burgers and started over which I have pictures and a recording of so that really made me upset I'm 20 weeks pregnant and this is what I get not even the 2nd day on the cruise so now that leads me to my 3rd complaint it was the captain's ball night we all got dressed and walked down to meet the Capitan I had my mom,brother and nephew with me who was thier first time cruising eveyone elese we had cruise before so I asked which was the capital the actual captain pointed to another man and in reading the badge it dont say Capitan so why would the Capitan point to this guy I walked down stairs took a pic of the Capitan picture off the border behind customer service desk walked back upstairs and recorded that as well I asked the Capitan why he lied about not being the Capitan " he stated I didnt want to take the picture but an older couple comes up and he take the picture with them I just walked off and put that with my notes. Then dinner time 8:15 we recieved bloody fried chicken that had to be sent back twice then we we ate steak I asked for well done my steak was bleeding the waiter stated that's the best way to eat the steak I'm like wow ... I just ate cold shrimp all my dinner nights then when I return back to my room customer care called and asked did I want champagne and strawberries for my inconvenience I said no thank you I cant drink I'm 20 weeks pregnant she stated that it's ok to have 1 glass I'm like no it's not ok in my book. I left out the room and came back at 2 am and guess what champagne and molded strawberries were on my table when I left the boat on the 6th it was still there I never took it with me. When I got off the boat I was so happy to be off I felt dirty I was scared to bring my clothes in my home . I reported my issue while at the airport the only thing they gave me was a cruise in board credit my question is how do you know I will return back on the cruise that means if I don't return then its forget my problems the guest care on the phone stated we would love to have you back but that's pretty much a lost I'm like wow.. even after they recieved my pictures and email and all that's all she had to say was " the turnaround time to clean the rooms are time sensitive and people make mistakes" I asked was I not important enough?

They also stated that half the ship was down because they was remodeling the ship also the fun shop was close the entire time .. it was a bad experience...
