Traveled with children

I have a child and this cruise offered interesting places, at the right time, offering a kids club..

While the rooms were clean and neat and the food ok, the real downside was our noisy cabin right above a night club disco.

They were unable to move anyone and as the bass was so strong and volume so loud I tried to have the music level lowered. There was lip service paid to my complaint, however on the second night I did have an ‘audience’ with the cruise customer service manager. For that night only the music was turned down.
