This was my second cruise experience. My review of this ship will be in comparison with our prior cruise with Royal Caribbean.

First, the ship was overrun with children. Children at bars, shows, pools, just about everywhere. The adult pool was supposed to be kid free until about 5 pm, and the staff did a good job enforcing it. However, some of the hot tubs around the pool were family friendly and kids were in there. There is an additional small pool area in the back that is kids free until 8 pm, but it isn't really a pool, just two hot tubs and some stairs with water showering down.

In comparison with Royal Caribbean, the service was terrible. Staff was uninterested, uninformed, at times rude, and just appeared annoyed a good amount of time.

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

The room was really great. We had a mini suit with balcony. The shower was phenomenal.

Port Reviews

Harvest Caye

Save your time. It's nothing more than a tourist trap with overpriced drinks and a zip line you can take for 90$ a person. The island belongs to the cruise line. You're better off staying on the ship. The beach is artificial and we saw no birds or fish.

Miami

Miami is great. We didn't explore the port because we are from Florida. We drove to the port.

Parking was a disaster though. We used Premier Parking. Do NOT use them. Their service is really bad and we ended up taking a Lyft to the ship because their shuttle couldn't handle all the people. We were stuck in line for almost an hour just getting up the parking garage.
