We went for this cruise for the itinerary. Had not sailed with Celebrity before but reviews were generally good. We were disappointed. Most cruise lines want to extract your cash but Celebrity take this to another level. Definitely not to the standard of Princess or Cunard.

Their entertainment programme, especially for five consecutive sea days was very thin. Not everyone wants to lie on a sun bed all day.

Their customer service is appalling; once we arrived in Abu Dhabi for a two day stop over diesel tankers directly below our stateroom were refuelling all night, both nights. When we complained we were told it was out of their hands although after much pressure from us they moved us on the second night. Never, ever again.
