We try to cruise out of Tampa whenever we can because we live so close. We were on the Pearl before and chose it again because we enjoyed it so much. The crew is just the best,so friendly, so helpful, so much fun. We especially like O'Sheehans, good food and great service. The ship is older, but in very good shape, very clean. The staterooms are nice with plenty of space for clothing and the showers are so much better and larger than other cruiselines that we have been on. I actually could enjoy the shower. The layout is easy to navigate and there is plenty of outside space to enjoy the views. We hope that they bring the Pearl back, so we can do it again soon. The only downfall was Le Bistro. We were so disappointed in the food. I had the scallops which were so rubbery that I couldn't eat them and my husbands duck was terrible...smelled awful and did not taste like duck. But, we don't expect everything to always be perfect and we won't be dining at Le Bistro again. All in all, a great cruise. I definitely would recommend The Pearl to anyone who enjoys cruising. ayaou won't be disappointed
