We have travelled on Princess before and hold Elite status so are very familiar with the standard of service etc. Although it has been 8 years since we last cruised with Princess partly circumstances and partly better ports and itineraries from other cruise lines. Their overall standard has certainly slipped in this time I have seen reviews from other cruisers with an opinion very similar to some of our . The ridiculous charging for bus transfers to get you from the port if you hadn't booked one of their excursions.

EXCURSIONS were well over priced More so than in the past.

Internet was very highly over priced and ate up your package very quickly as they were slow in loading, however we did discover that some PC were always being occupied because they were fast operating

Cabin Review

Interior

Cabin IB

Cabin was fine although it would be nice if they were laid out slightly differently so you had a couch to sit on instead of one chair and the bed. A fridge in the cabin is always a welcome on every cruise line and we are glad that Princess still have them as we were on one a couple of years ago that didn't and we really missed being able to have cold water available in the cabin
