My Husband and I went on this cruise to go to Grand Turks and Amber Cove DR. From jump bad experience cause in the flyers they put out they said laundry is across from room U154. Well for 2 and a half days people was knocking on our door asking for Laundry. Dilma at guest services did all she could but was only able to give us Chocolate Strawberries and a bottle of Champagne. We wanted to move rooms, but none was available. So every night approximately 20 to 50 people outside our room talking loudly. Well it didn't help the boat was rocking back and forth very badly everyday on the sea. We did make it to both ports, but my husband got sick on Amber Cove and we didn't get off the ship. He was still sick the next day, but felt a little better thanks to dramamine. Then coming out of Amber Cove the motor broke down and we was going 6miles per hour for about 4 hours and then it was back to rocking back and forth. Sick again. Then we was supposed to debark at 8:30 that changed to 9:30 then 10 then we finally got to disembark at 11:30. Mind you people had flights to catch, but was Late, We drove from Alabama so we have to drive back and Carnival doesn't care. The staff was great. But nothing else was Great. Never again!!!
