When I think of Costa Smeralda I’m drawn to Longfellow’s Poem, “The Little Girl”
There was a little girl,
And she had a little curl
The cabin was a good size, although the bed was quite close to the wall.
The bathroom was spacious and roomy, although I'm not sure why there is a glass wall between the shower and the cabin - not sure if it's a good idea if only friends sharing a cabin.
The balcony was huge but sparsely furnished.
A lovely town which was great to explore with the convenience of the ship docking right in teh town centre
A delightful town but we, again did our own thing, visiting Cinque Terre on our own with more freedom to do our own thing and substantially cheaper than an organised tour
Costa were charging €39 per person for a coach transfer into Rome - we went on the train for €9.20 each with afaster journey time and choosing how long we spent there
