One Transatlantic, two southern Caribbean and one eastern Caribbean, all on the Jade. We're platinum level. The service was excellent. The entertainment in the Atrium was so good that we didn't even go to the Stardust theater. The bartenders you want to take home. Specialty dining excellent. Main dining room excellent.Food was excellent in all the restaurants. We had suites in the front and aft of the ship, Super. Cholette was a Concierge, now promoted. She is an excellent rep for NCL.The ship is in pristine shape. Not sure why the Cruise Critic didn't give it a better review. I suspect he/she spent most of the time in the Hold.On our last southern Caribbean cruise, we avoided the buffet, because of the Coronavirus threat but NCL would not let you anywhere near food without sanitizing your hands. We like the Jade because it carries about 2,400 passengers and seems more like a traditional cruising ship. Don't get me wrong. We've also been on the Epic and other larger ships and enjoyed them also but not as much as the Jade.
Impeccable
All ports of call on all cruise ships are only average. If you really want to enjoy a port, stay there for a week or two. You won't get the flavor in 4 hours.
