Sail Date: May 2018

We chose this cruise because of the itinerary, which was perfect for us. This was our first RCL experience, so I do have some trouble knowing what was “ship” and what was “corporate”. The ship is smallish, but we prefer smaller ships. There were limited bars/lounges, and we think there should have been one or two additional options, although I don’t know where they could shoehorn them in. Speciality dining seemed quite limited, although it was not an issue for anyone we talked with. When cruising, are fans of eating our meals in the main dining room. On this ship, the main dining experience was typical and the food, with a few exceptions, was nothing memorable. The buffet has set hours, which was a confusing surprise. We are used to 24 hour buffets, with at least a fruit/salad bar and old pizza slices (or such) available at all times. The buffet was closed most times we’d stop by for a snack or off-hour meal. The physical ship seemed a little dated and a little worn, but very clean and well maintained. The crew was excellent, and seemed to genuinely love their work environment. Overall, I would not hesitate to sail on this ship again.
