In my opinion: Avoid this cruise and Oceania for the following reasons: 1) horrible crowd management - 2 hour lines shoulder to shoulder for onboard immigration process; 2) bad excursion experience overall - booked, some bad guides, insufficient coverage of areas, problem with availability, 3) some excellent and some very rude and inexperienced staff. First time with the Queen Mary 2 doing SYD-SIN. We have been with Royal Carribean Allure of the Seas and Aida Blue. This is our first and most likely last Regent Cruise. It was marginal in all aspects.
