(1:10 p.m. EDT) -- Sun Princess has returned to service in Singapore after a two-week dry dock that introduced a new Princess livery, Club Class mini-suites and a reimagined Camp Discovery kids club. The refurbishment was part of the line's $450 million "Come Back New Promise" program.
Below is a breakdown of what was added.
Club Class Mini-Suites: First introduced in 2016, this premium-level cabin category includes a handful of perks, ranging from an exclusive dining room with expanded menu options to and priority embarkation and disembarkation. (Learn more about Princess' Club Class, and why it's worth the splurge.)
Camp Discovery: Designed for kids and teens ages 3 to 17, Camp Discovery offers a variety of educational and entertaining activities developed in partnership with Discovery, the production company behind TV channels like Discovery Channel, Animal Planet and TLC.
Enhanced Boutiques: Princess also upgraded the shopping experience on Sun Princess with a branded Effy Fine Jewelry boutique and new Princess-branded products in the Logo shop, among other enhancements.
Sun Princess offers Southeast Asia cruises out of Singapore, but will reposition to Australia for the 2019 winter season.
