We have cruised many times before - but this was a step up for us in terms of quality ( and price ) but the all inclusive fare was brilliant . Compared to other cruise experiences I think what you are paying for is space - both in the suite which was a really good size ( and the first time we had more storage than we needed for clothes ) , but also in the public areas where we never had to wait ...
This cruise was “OK”, we had a good time, but Seven Seas Navigator was definitely inferior to other ships we have been on. I think being constantly told that we were on “the world’s most luxurious cruise line” just highlighted all the things on the ship which were not “luxurious”. It was definitely not an “unrivalled experience” and I think that Seven Seas needs to start catering for a younger, ...
We have sailed Carnival (1st cruise) Celebrity, Disney when our kids were young, moved up and settled on Crystal. Sadly when Crystal folded, we had to find another "luxury line". This was our first cruise in 3 years, and we had been looking forward to trying Regent as we had heard wonderful things. We actually started this cruise on June 16th in Bilbao, and picked this cruise to see Ireland and ...
We chose the cruise because of our prior excellent experience on Regent, including the Navigator and because of the interesting, 20 day itinerary. Exploring 10 ports in Norway was eye-opening, getting to know the culture some, the immaculateness everywhere, the Norwegian friendliness and their commitment to the environment. Murmansk, Russia was a forgettable industrial, gray, crumbling city. ...
Very poor experience with company
Customer service will never help you
If they do it takes a month to get back to you
Off ship tours not quality of what you pay for
Poor service on airport pick up
On board no one to help out issues
They just don’t care about there guests
Most of the areas need to be redone
Laundry machines broken
Slot machines broken for the whole trip ...
We just returned from our inaugural, “all inclusive,”11-night cruise with Regent Seven Seas. There were six travelers in our party. Our journey was to the British Isles on the Navigator. The trip met but did not exceed our expectations, with a few minor and two major disappointments. Despite the few problems, we found this cruise to be enjoyable and close to a luxury experience. This was our ...
We have sailed in voyager three times. We have enjoyed every voyage very much. For us everything was perfect! We had a suite and a butler who was the epitome of efficiency. Our suite was Immaculate every day. A ceiling light bulb went out and it was changed almost before we hung up the phone to report it to our butler. Our canapés were simple but we hardly needed them. We enjoyed every ...
This was only our third cruise and our first with Regent. We picked it because it offered 3 days in St. Petersburg and the Business Class Airfare add-on was VERY reasonable.
Although there were a few signs of The Voyager aging ( worn carpeting and frayed curtains) overall we were quite pleased with the ship and look forward to seeing it after the Refurbishing later this year.
For some ...
We chose this cruise because of the itinerary and the price. We were able to get a very low Interline rate and would never have paid the full brochure price. For what we paid we got everything that a "real" passenger would get except for the round-trip Business Class Air, a night in a hotel and transfers. We did get tips, beverages, specialty dining and shore excursions.
We have cruised on ...
This is our 5th Regent cruise, first since take over by NCL, one of the mass marketing cruiseline trying to break into luxsury market and we were curious to experience the changes. We noticed the change in staffing level which caused late delivaries of meal service, lack of service in buffet area. Example, there were always plenty of staff to assist with plates full of food to your seat, never had ...
